Birkbeck in association with Taylor & Francis are pleased to let you know about the following panel discussion which will take place in our university on Wednesday 10th July in the evening

Be Agile! Using the right mix of leadership styles for your team

As the concept of leadership has so many dimensions it was essential that the different perspectives of the participants were heard by the group and the workshop leader, Jeanne Le Roux. The ambition, fully achieved, was to introduce the participants to useful tools and models that can be used in developing leadership skills.

Be Agile! Using the right mix of leadership styles for your team

In this pragmatic and interactive workshop, Jeanne Le Roux will introduce the participant to useful tools and models that can enable you to grow yourself as leader. The workshop will show how to understand underlying patterns in your team dynamics. It will provide a model of how to use the right style for the right situation

Is leadership gender bias from it roots?

This networking event is designed to inspire any business person, academic or researcher through hearing the experiences of academic and business leaders. The panel’s speakers will reflect on what leadership is and whether it is gender biased.
