The Centre for Management Innovation Research is glad to welcome Grace Peng and Muthu De Silva as a members of its academic staff.
Grace has attended and presented her work on entrepreneurial finance and exit strategies at the Babson Entrepreneurship Research Conference, the Academy of Management Conference and conferences of Strategic Management Society.
Muthu has been awarded a number of grants, and at the British Academy of Management conference received the Best Paper award for her publications.
